Invest in your marriage. Spend a weekend building a better relationship with your spouse on April 12-14, 2019
So often we struggle in marriage because we don’t know how to overcome behavior patterns that become barriers to the relationships we seek. Difficulties with communications, conflict, boundaries, trust, intimacy, and decision making, are among the many issues that can undermine and erode the love between two people. This weekend marriage retreat will focus on teaching the “critical life skills” that are necessary to enable change and foster greater happiness. The goal of our marriage retreat is to help couples strengthen the skills that enable them to manage their day-to-day lives in ways that will help them grow together.
Unique program for a better marriage.
The program offered during this weekend marriage retreat has helped thousands of people over the past 20 years. It has changed lives and made marriages richer and stronger. There will be only a small number of participants in a relaxed setting. The format will include presentations, small group discussions, and private sharing between couples. The program is never confrontational and will not demand the sharing of private information.
Among the topics to be considered are the following:
- Creating healthy boundaries that allow individuals to feel safe and express themselves
- Improving communication, sharing, and listening
- Making better decisions and solving problems
- Understanding and accepting our differences
- Resolving conflict, rather than avoiding it or letting it tear us apart
- Building a better home environment
- Establishing greater intimacy
The marriage weekend begins with dinner on Friday and ends with lunch on Sunday. The cost includes all meals, comfortable accommodations, materials and the program.
